Comment -  Two edo kaku kites floating in the sky of a small town. The kites are correctly bridled, the left edo kaku seems to sway away. The edo kaku in the center has a design, resembling the Japanese flag. Several rooftops are to be seen with lots of pine trees in between; a mountainius region is filling the background.
