Comment - The woodblock "Girl Playing Ball" is a Christmas and New Year Card.  The girl is traditionally clothed, a kadomatsu tree frames the right side. The upper left edge of the small print shows a cut of a "Bird of Prey" kite (tonbi tako) and an Edo-Kaku kite.

KIYOHARA Hitoshi is a typical moku hanga artist. Since the 1940ies is is well known for his kokeshi-like children prints.
