"Flying a Kite"
("„J“P¤²", "Tako Age")

1970'ies

Comment - Delicate painting of a girl flying an edo kaku kite with two red kanji. The girl with the white bow in her hair runs forward, turning to the right as she runs, watching the kite, has the kite line in her outstretched right hand, and the loose end of the kite line in her left. The left sandal flaps loosely while running. The elaborate text in Japanese grassroot script is not read.
