Die weisse Figur ist ein stilisiertes Schaf zu sehen (Jahr des Schafes 2002). Die Schriftzeichen in den obersten beiden Zeilen sind die Widmung des ehemaligen Praesidenten der Internationalen Drachenvereinigung (IKF).
Postal stionary: The preprinted postal stamp or "indicum" is not existing as a stamp of its own. Lower left is the view of the WeiFang Kite-Museum. The white figure is the mascot of the International 2002 WeiFang Kitefestival (Year of the Sheep 2002). The Chinese characters in the top two lines is the inscripton and signature of the former President of the International Kite Federation (IKF).
