Comment - The ladies of the court of Chiyoda palace are enjoying the cherry blossoms viewing party, held every March. A bucolic scene with two large blossoming cherry trees, a small river or lake in the background, and Mount Fuji in the far distance. An Edo-kite  ("Edo-tako", "江戸凧") is flying high above, carrying a small pack of sweets at the bridle point of the kite line. The small pack is torn off, and the sweets a falling down onto a lare carpet. A lot of ladies trying to catch the falling sweets.
